TMC5160 integrates a powerful stepper motor driver and motion controller on a chip, and directly converts digital information into smooth, precise and reliable physical motion. Externally expanded N-channel MOSFETs, the motor current of each coil can reach 20A, and the maximum voltage is 60V DC; it is very simple to use, only the target position is required. All stepper motor logic runs inside TMC5160-when driving NEMA17 to NEMA34 and larger motors, no software is required. Connected to the host microcontroller via an industry standard SPI or step/direction interface, the TMC5160 performs all real-time position and speed step motion calculations. And TMC5160 also supports ABN encoder input.
