Aht10, a new generation of temperature and humidity sensors, has set a new standard in size and intelligence: it is embedded in a dual row flat leadless SMD package suitable for reflow soldering, with a bottom surface of 4 x 5mm and a height of 1.6mm. The sensor outputs calibrated digital signal in standard I 2C format. Aht10 is equipped with a newly designed ASIC chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor and a standard on-chip temperature sensor. Its performance has greatly improved or even exceeded the reliability level of the previous generation of sensors. The performance of the new generation of temperature and humidity sensors is more stable in harsh environment after improvement.
